Most people get this completely wrong. They hear "ten days of mourning" and immediately assume everything grinds to a halt for a week and a half.

If the announcement is silent on work closures, business hours remain entirely unaffected.
Public Events, Entertainment, and Daily Life
Another common misconception is that all concerts, festivals, and public gatherings get instantly banned for the duration of the mourning window.
That is not how it works. A blanket cancellation of entertainment across the board does not automatically trigger with a mourning decree. Event organizers, hospitality venues, and entertainment hubs operate under their own regulatory guidelines. If a specific concert or public celebration is postponed or called off, it happens because a relevant authority issued an individual directive to that effect.
